Refund & Returns Policy

At Stephanie Bowie, Realtor® | Allphase Realty, we are committed to providing high-quality services, digital resources, and products. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.

Overview

Due to the nature of our offerings, including real estate services, consulting, and digital products, eligibility for refunds varies by purchase type. Please review the applicable section below.

Service-Based Purchases

For consultations, representation services, and other professional services:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid service fees may be eligible for partial refund if work has not yet begun.

In certain cases, prepaid fees may be applied as a credit toward future services or transaction closing costs at our discretion.

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (including guides, templates, reports, and downloadable materials) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues receiving your download, we will ensure proper delivery.
  • Duplicate purchases may be eligible for review and adjustment.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items are offered through our store:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and proof of the issue.
